Music firing system

 Item DEC90 firing system is worked by AC or DC power, which has the “test”function. Each channel could fire 20-30pcs igniters when use AC, about 10pcs when connecting DC. This system has the function of “salve fire””sequential fire”and ”step by step fire”. Time range for sequence is from 0.1-9.8 seconds. Moreover, “step by step fire” could alternate with “sequential fire”. The whole firing system has 9 districts ,which are“1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8,9”. And there are 10 channels in each district. So it has 90 cues in total. This system could do the simple music display. It could adjust the time by each channel, and could connect the MPS player.

 

How to testing

1. Please make sure the electric power is cut off and move the switch to the “TEST” position. Then you could using the cables to connecting the receivers with main machine. Generally speaking , you have to use the 70M cable to connect the main machine with the first receiver, and use the other two cables to connect the rest receivers. The order of the receiver is : 123--456-789.

2. Turn on the power switch, and adjust the “District test”(the one on the top right corner) table to “1”. If the “Test indication” tables are all light ,then all the channels in “1” districts are connecting well. If there is one lamp not light, you need to check the connection again.  You could do the rest testing by this same manner.

Adjusting the sequential time

1. Adjusting time—First adjust the “District” table, and then select the ”Cue” by the “Previous” and ”Next” buttons. Now you could adjust the “Time” table by the four “Sec” buttons. You need to press the “Ok” button for confirmation. And you could press the “Clear” to reset the time (If the “time” table shows”0”  of one districts, it means that districts will not fire. )

2. Adjusting time fast—it means you could adjust the whole district with the same time. After you adjust the “District” table, if you make the “Cue” table shows “0”, and then you can set up a sequential time. Now press “OK” to reserve the time adjusting. If you press “Clear” button, this model will be canceled.

How to fire

When you set up the time for all the channels, please turn on the switch of the cable. Move the “Safe switch” to the “fire” position. Then if you press the “Start” button, the channels will fire according to the time that you set up before. If you need to pause, please press the “Pause” button. (All the digital table will flashing when press the “pause”) ; If you press the “Start”, it will start fire again , and if you press ”Stop” ,it will back to the first channel.

How to make it match the MP3 player

The firing system could match the simple music fireworks display. This function needs connect the “player button” of the MP3.

If you press the “Start” button of the main machine , the player button of the MP3 will work at the same time. (you need to improve the MP3 ‘s player button in advance)

How to check the channels’ time after you finish adjusting.

If you need to check the channels time that was set up, you could adjust the “District” and ”Cue” table, now the “time ” table will shows the time of that channel automatically.
